Delivery may take longer due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume seasons, or customs backups, and we kindly ask for your understanding should such delays occur.

Cancelling an Order

To cancel an order, please email us at littlesmaison.help@gmail.com with your order number.

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it for you at any time.
Once a package has been shipped out, we’re no longer able to cancel it.

If your order is cancelled, a $20 cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
